Megan Seale

Property Manager and Leasing Agent

Megan joined DT Land Group in 2014 and has been a driving force behind growing DTL’s retail and office portfolios around the Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Atlanta metro areas.

She has lived in Austin since 2012 and began her career in construction by landing an administration position with a commercial flooring company before meeting Belva and the Land ladies. With DTL, Megan has ascended from an admin role to a leasing agent and property manager, focusing on maintenance and tenant relations, gaining valuable experience in each position that she has used to help fulfill her clients’ needs.

Megan is a native of Tulsa and a graduate of Oklahoma State University. After college, she relocated to Durango, Colorado, enjoying mountain life while serving up craft beers and events at a local brewery — a perfect prep course for enjoying everything Austin would soon have to offer.
