DT Land Group, Inc. currently manages over 30 properties made up of a diverse group of office buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties throughout the City of Austin and suburban Austin, as well as North Texas, and Central Texas. Our leasing staff is highly experienced in the Austin and suburban Austin markets. We work closely with our owners to meet their objectives regarding their tenant base. Having a property management background as well, we understand the ramifications of the lease documents our owners and their tenants are committing to and strive to leave both with a lease that is not only a “signed deal”, but a practical, workable document and relationship.
