McKenna Sweeney

Assistant Property Manager

McKenna brings her experience as a commercial construction project manager to the operations of DT Land Group.

McKenna began her career in oil and gas at Halliburton in 2014 as a cement field engineer. After working an on-call schedule 24/7, 365 days, for two years in the Eagle Ford Shale, she made a change to commercial construction management. McKenna joined Hensel Phelps in 2016 and was field engineer on projects in Austin and Columbus, New Mexico. In 2018 she returned to Austin and joined Lott Brothers Construction Company as a project manager. Her projects included several Shannon Medical clinic buildings in San Angelo; Divine Savior Academy in Liberty Hill; Dell Children’s Specialty Pavilion in Austin; and Capitol Quarters in Austin.

McKenna has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Sul Ross State University at Alpine, Texas.
