Property Management Administrator
Email Diane SweeneyDiane brings her many years of experience in commercial real estate to DT Land Group as its part-time property management administrator.
She began her career in 1986 at Trammell Crow Company, Austin, as assistant to Retail Partner Mark Palmer. In 1994 Diane joined Mark Palmer at SMP Interests, Inc., developer/owner of Gateway Shopping Center, and was the on-site property manager of Gateway until its purchase by Simon Property Group in 2004. Diane continued with Simon as Gateway’s property manager and her portfolio expanded to include 2.5-million square feet of community/lifestyle shopping centers in central and south Texas, including the Arboretum, the Shops at Arbor Walk, Georgetown’s Wolf Ranch, and lifestyle centers in McAllen and Katy, Texas.
In 2008 Diane joined Austin’s Live Oak-Gottesman and oversaw an office/retail portfolio representing both institutional and individual owners before joining Illinois-based Retail Properties of America in 2015, where she managed a central Texas retail portfolio of approximately a million square feet.
She is an alumna of LSU at Baton Rouge.
